Terms of Use

1. Product use

Coral is provided for authorized hospitality operations, evaluation, demonstration, implementation, and related business purposes. Users must access Coral only through accounts and permissions assigned to them.

2. Customer agreements

Commercial deployments, pricing, subscription periods, implementation scope, support commitments, data-location requirements, integrations, and service levels are governed by the applicable proposal, order form, license, or signed agreement. If those terms conflict with this page, the signed agreement controls.

3. Acceptable use

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service operation, misuse other organizations’ data, bypass access controls, or use Coral for unlawful activity.

4. Customer data

Customers remain responsible for the data they upload or configure in Coral and for ensuring they have appropriate authority to process that data. Mchils Software may process customer data only as needed to provide, secure, support, or maintain the service and as otherwise agreed.

5. Third-party integrations

Coral may connect to PMS, payment, communications, identity, hardware, channel, accounting, AI, or other third-party services. Availability and obligations for those services are governed by their respective providers and any deployment-specific agreement.

6. Availability and changes

Demonstration or evaluation features may change as the product evolves. Production commitments are those stated in the customer’s applicable commercial agreement.

7. Intellectual property

Coral Hospitality OS, its software, workflows, branding, and related materials remain the property of Mchils Software or its licensors except for customer-owned data and third-party materials.
