Guest/tenant notifications

Optional webhook (Twilio Functions, SendGrid, Zapier, or a custom relay) for booking confirmations, check-in reminders, and invoice-due reminders. Without one, every notification is still logged below — nothing is faked as delivered.

Payment gateway

Optional webhook for online/card payments (Mada, Stripe, or a custom relay). Without one, "online" payments are logged as attempted and staff record the payment manually, exactly as before.

ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing (best-effort)

Generates a structurally-correct UBL 2.1 invoice XML and can optionally POST it to a reporting/middleware endpoint. Not a substitute for a certified e-invoicing provider: this app cannot obtain a real ZATCA CSID or cryptographically sign invoices, so the XML here is never actually cleared with ZATCA on its own.

Optional webhook (a Power Automate flow or a small relay in front of BC's real OData/OAuth2 API) to sync closed invoices out to Business Central as sales documents.
